Sponsorship

The purpose of the Birdie Ball is to raise the maximum amount of funds we can for Cancer Research. With the help and generosity of individuals as well as companies, we are certain that the evening will be a great success and a lot of fun!

Listed below are opportunities for you to provide further support through sponsorship or donations for the Auction. These events are only successful through the generosity of many people, Thank you in advance for any support you may be able to offer.

We will be displaying a sponsorship board that will act as the back drop for photographs on the evening, as well as printed in the programme and announced by our MC on the evening.

Sponsor a table

Have a table named after your company or group place your company banner within the venue and you will be recognised in the programme.

The cost is £100.00

Sponsor a course

Have one of the delicious four courses named after you example the MAP main, your company will be recognised in the programme and announced by the MC.

The cost is "sweet" at £500.00

Sponsor the magician

Our close up magician will be working the crowd early in the evening and you can be named as his sponsor and recognised in the programme.

The cost? A magical £250.00

Sponsor the band

Our fantastic show band “The Riffreshers” can be sponsored and you will be recognised in the programme and the band will announce your backing from the stage.

You can be on stage for £1000.00

Sponsor the MC

Our super funny MC “Billy Kirkwood” is available for sponsorship and you will be recognised in the programme and he will announce your backing to the room

Auction

We are looking for donations of items, activities or events that would be suitable to auction on the evening.

All money received via sponsorship will be included in the total sum donated to Cancer Research UK (CRUK).
