The Birdie Ball, a fabulous event planned for 4th March 2017 in the brand new ball room of the Seamill Hydro Hotel with all funds raised going to Cancer Research UK.

We are delighted to announce that Dodds of Troon have come on board as a travel sponsor for The Birdie Ball and we are delighted that they will be providing complimentary transfers from Troon to Seamill Hydro.

The coach will leave from Troon Library at 5.50pm and will return to Troon leaving the Seamill at the end of the function. There will be limited spaces and people should book there space by emailing [email protected].

As one of Ayrshire’s premier and popular wedding and entertainment venues we are delighted that the brand new function room at Seamill Hydro will be the host venue for the 2017 Birdie Ball.

We know that their attentive and passionate team will ensure nothing is overlooked and that it will prove a magnificent venue for a wonderful night of fundraising.

MC: Billy Kirkwood

Billy Kirkwood can be something of a Glaswegian Peter Kay, delivering universal childhood nostalgia with punchy comic rhythms and a dynamic on-stage presence that sweeps all along with him.

His comedy is a powerhouse delivery that belies his relative inexperience, and ensures his breezy set frequently hits comedy paydirt and he brings that same energy to his role as Master of Ceremonies.

This vivacious comic with the wild hair and cheeky glint in his eye is a natural, energetic performer, and will keep you entertained throughout the evening.

Magician: Graham Dodd

Graham Dodd has been performing magic for the past 15 years throughout the UK and in Europe.

He specialises is mentalism and close up magic. This is an act not to be missed!

Band: The Riffreshers

The Riffreshers is one of the hottest Wedding and Function Bands in Scotland. With a 7-piece lineup consisting of male and female vocals, trumpet, trombone, lead guitar, bass guitar, keyboard, and drums, these guys and gals really know how to make any function a marvellous occasion.

Energetic and enthusiastic, these musicians really put their heart and soul into their music to guarantee you a great time. The band have a wide repertoire of music ranging from Soul to Pop Standards to Chart Hits.

We are all looking forward to a great night of entertainment with these guys.

Dance: The Chrysalis Dancers

Chrysalis are a dance troupe from Ayr choreographed by professional dancer Fiona Young.

They have danced at numerous shows and charity events around Ayrshire including 'Strictly Come Prancing' for Aberlour Children's Charity, fundraising shows & concerts for the Gaiety Theatre and Save the Malcolm Sargent House. They are also resident dancers for 'Butterfly Events' a local Cancer Research UK Charity where they have performed at Balls, Ladies Nights, Fashion Shows and Fiona, an established Zumba Fitness Instructor has lead many sponsored Zumbathons.
